The water reserve in Spain according to ecological transition ‘today’ June 4, is 43,038 cubic hectometers, 76.8 percent of its capacity

More than half of the reserve have Galicia Costa (75.7%); the Guadiana (70%); the Júcar (63.1%); the Guadalquivir (59.7%); the Andalusian Mediterranean basin (57.5%); Guadalete-Barbate (53.8%). The safe continues, at 31.1%.

According to Ecological transition, Precipitation has affected the Mediterranean aspect and have been scarce in the Atlantic aspect. The maximum has occurred in Vitoria-Gasteiz, with 27.3 liters per square meter (L/m2). By slopes, Atlantic is 77.2% and the Mediterranean, 75.4%.

The Spanish water reserve is 76.8% of its tota capacityl.

The reservoirs currently store 43,038 cubic hectometers (HM³) of waterdecreasing in the last week in 374 cubic hectometers (0.7% of the current total capacity of reservoirs).

  • 92% Western Cantabrian
  • Miño-Sil at 88.2%
  • Galicia Costa at 75.7%
  • Internal basins of the Basque Country 100%
  • 92.2% Duero
  • Tago at 85.6%
  • Guadiana at 70%
  • Red, Odiel and Piedras at 89.1%
  • Guadalete-Barbate at 53.8%
  • Guadalquivir at 59.7%
  • Andalusian Mediterranean Basin at 57.5%
  • Safe at 31.1%
  • Júcar at 63.1%
  • Ebro at 88.6%
  • Internal Basins of Catalonia at 81.8%

Precipitation has affected the Mediterranean aspect and have been scarce in the Atlantic aspect. The maxim has occurred in Vitoria – Gasteiz, with 27.3 mm (27.3 l/m²).
