Inail launches the ISI 2025: 600 million euros for safety and sustainability at work

L’National Institute for Insurance against accidents at work (INAIL) announced the ISI INAIL NOTICE 2025a strategic initiative that aims to strengthen safety in the workplace and to promote the adoption of sustainable technologies. With a financial allocation of 600 million euros, the announcement represents an important opportunity for companies and third sector entities.

Objectives and recipients of the announcement

The ISI INAIL 2025 call aims to support projects aimed at:

– improve the health and safety of workers;

– introduce innovative and environmentally friendly technologies, with particular attention to micro and small businesses active in the primary production of agricultural products.

The loan is aimed at companies in every sector and third sector entities, offering lost -fund contributions for interventions that reduce professional risks and minimize the environmental impact.

Timing and methods of participation

Published in the Official Gazette on 18 December 2024, the announcement follows a precise calendar:

– April 14, 2025: opening of the electronic procedure for submitting applications;

– May 30, 2025 (18.00): closing of the platform for submitting requests.

The companies concerned will be able to access the section Access online services of the INAIL portal, where they will find a guided system for compilation and send the questions according to the instructions contained in regional and provincial notices.

SME recipients of all sectors, agricultural enterprises, third sector entities and contributions

  • From 65% to 80% of eligible expenses
  • Minimum of 5,000 euros and maximum of 130 thousand euros
  • For the agricultural sector, a contribution of 80% for young agricultural entrepreneurs (up to the age of 40)

Admitted investments

  • Projects to improve the health and safety conditions of workers
  • Purchase of new machinery and work equipment
  • Adoption of organizational models and social responsibility
  • Asbestos reclamation
  • Replacement of obsolete machinery

A concrete commitment to work safety

The ISI call, published annually, is confirmed as a pillar of prevention and innovation policies. The 2025 edition provides for lost funding with variable percentages based on the type of intervention and the sector to which they belong, ensuring up to 65% of the investment, with a maximum roof of 130 thousand euros.

Part of the funds is specifically intended for asbestos reclamation, responding to one of the most urgent safety needs in the workplace. The announcement not only encourages the use of modern and safe equipment, but also promotes eco -sustainable company practices, contributing to the protection of the environment and the prevention of accidents.

With the ISI 2025 call, INAIL reiterates its commitment alongside Italian companies, offering concrete tools to improve working conditions and strengthen the culture of safety at work.
