After the great reception throughout the last 3 editions, from Aclima, Basque Environment Cluster celebrated on January 30 and 31 el IV BASQUE GREENTECH & GREEN UPS. They did it in collaboration with Bat | B Accelerator Tower, in its facilities in the city of Bilbao.
Aligned with its strategic objectives, the Basque Gerentech has contributed to the transfer of knowledge about new applications of the RVCTI technologies at the industrial level and deepened the challenges of the Basque Ecoindustria, with the goal of Promote the revitalization of the Euskadi environmental sector.
IV BASQUE GREENTECH & GREEN UPS
Aclima, Basque Environment Cluster, has consolidated its commitment to environmental technological innovation in the fourth edition of Basque Greentech, held in the Bat B Accelerator Tower on January 30 and 31. This forum, organized in collaboration with BAT, has brought together more than 200 attendees among institutional representatives, companies, startups and key agents of the environmental sector. During the days, 15 projects have been presented that demonstrate the leadership of Basque ecoindustry in the transition to a sustainable model.
At the opening of the Congress, the Deputy Minister of Environment, Josu Bilbao, has claimed the importance of the environmental policies of the European Union. «Clean Industrial Deal is not just a political initiative; It is a cornerstone of the future of Europe. It is a framework to decarbonize and simultaneously reindustrialize the economy, ensuring access to sustainable energy supplies and raw materials, which will allow maintaining industrial competitiveness, at the same time that advances in sustainability and social cohesion«.
