Large national energy community of simple photovoltaic

A revolutionary model that simplifies access to renewable energy sources and lowers energy costs. Thanks to an innovative approach, this project is intended to eliminate bureaucratic barriers and to expand access to the benefits of renewable energy sources, in which citizens and companies are involved in a more efficient and inclusive system

Renewable energy communities: what they are and why they are important

The Renewable energy community (CER) are associations of citizens, companies and local authorities that work together to produce, share and consume energy from renewable sources. This makes it possible to reduce dependence on fossil sources, reduce CO₂ emissions and to generate economic savings.

To date, there are more than 1,200 energy communities in Italy or in the design phase, with a constantly growing trend. However, many of these initiatives are confronted with bureaucratic obstacles and technical limitations that delay its diffusion.

The project of the large national energy community of simple photovoltaic

To fill this gap, the large national energy community of simple photovoltaic energy was born, conceived by Daniele Iudicone, CEO of IMC Holding, a leading company in the photovoltaic sector.

It will be officially presented today, March 10, 2025 in Rome. Objective? Create a national network with which you have access to the benefits of energy communities in simple and without bureaucratic complications.

One of the strengths of this project is the universal accessibility: it is not necessary to have a photovoltaic system to be part of it. After verifying the requirements, everyone can achieve participation and economic benefits thanks to a system of Virtually shared energy. In other words, the traditional concept of the local energy community has been overcome to embrace a national model that optimizes large -scale energy management.

The presentation event, planned at 18:00 in the Hotel Sheraton Golf – Park of the Medici in Rome, will see participation, as well as Daniele Iudicone, also from the lawyer Alfonso Bonede, who will illustrate the legal and regulatory implications of this initiative. But let’s try to understand better.

How the energy community works and what are the benefits for citizens and companies

At the basis of this project there is the possibility for those who have a photovoltaic system to share the excess of the community with the community. In this way, producers not only optimize the performance of their system, but they also receive economic stimuli for the energy introduced in the network.

At the same time, the system states those who do not have a photovoltaic system to gain access to the renewable energy generated by the community, making use of more low costs than traditional energy stocks.

What distinguishes this model from local energy communities is the centralized production management of production and distribution, so that you can overcome the technical limitations that are typical of projects on a reduced scale. Often territorial initiatives in fact have difficulties in balance and supply, so that the risk is not to extract from the available resources.

Thanks to an extensive network at national level, however, surplus energy can be distributed more efficiently, avoiding waste and guaranteeing a stable electricity for all members of the community.

Officially active from January 2025 and fully operational since the end of February of the same year, the project already offers interested parties to register and take advantage of a more sustainable, handy and inclusive supply system.

A tangible savings: reduction of a maximum of 23% of the costs in the account

One of the most important aspects of the large national energy community of simple photovoltaic is the possibility to considerably relieve the weight of the accounts. The first analyzes indicate that the adhesion to the project could translate into a reduction in costs to 23%, a concrete benefit for families and companies, especially in a period in which the electricity costs remain a critical variable for the domestic and company budget.

These savings are made possible by an intelligent management of production and consumption, so that dependence on the purchase of electricity from the national network can reduce it, the price of which can be influenced by speculative factors and market scillations. The possibility of getting the most out of the energy that is generated within the community, without having to be used in the most expensive time slots for external delivery, allows you to reduce a significant part of the monthly electricity spending.

Another decisive element is access to incentive Reserved for energy communities that translate into direct economic benefits for users. With the model for sharing the energy grant you can not only redistribute the Kilowatt -Overclood products, but also the economic benefits that arise from sustainable production, which guarantees an honest and handy system for all participants.

On the way to a more sustainable and accessible future for everyone

The initiative represents an important turning point in the panorama of renewable energies in Italy. By eliminating bureacratic barriers and making participation easier, the project of the large national energy community of simple photovoltaic could accelerate the transition to a more sustainable and democratic energy system.

«With the launch of the large national energy community of simple photovoltaisies that we want to makeMore inclusive clean energy and within everyone’s reach -Said Daniele Iudicone -. We break down traditional bureaucratic complexity, so that citizens and companies can easily participate in a sustainable energy system and get a direct benefit from the stimuli, so that the transition to a greener future is accelerated “.
