A social mission

The “social mission” of Ettore plans to donate these creations to the children of the villages he meets, as a symbol of friendship, solidarity e sharing. Another aim is to inspire kids to see sport not as a competition but as a means to connect with nature, valuing the path and the approach, rather than the finish line itself.

Since the trip will take place at the onset of winter, the conditions of the passes and peaks are uncertain. However, as in every adventure, it will be precisely this uncertainty that makes everything more exciting.

Ettore will share daily updates with the Vomere kids and anyone who follows the journey, publishing photos, texts and videos on the Instagram page @etto_vololibero. When possible, they will also try to organize live broadcasts with the education center.

Departure is set for October 15th. The previous weeks will be dedicated to the final preparations: visiting the kids at the center, holding evenings to talk about SCALO SOGNI and perfecting the equipment and logistics.
