The water reserve Spain is at 47.8% of its total capacity. The reservoirs currently store 26,773 cubic hectometers (hm³) of water, decreasing in the last week by 82 cubic hectometers (0.1% of the current total capacity of the reservoirs).

The water reserve by areas is the following:

  • Western Cantabrian at 70.8%
  • Miño-Sil at 64.2%
  • Galicia Costa at 53.4%
  • Internal basins of the Basque Country at 90.5%
  • Duero at 62.3%
  • Cut at 56.3%
  • Guadiana at 39.4%
  • Red, Odiel and Piedras at 71.6%
  • Guadalete-Barbate at 20.7%
  • Guadalquivir at 30.1%
  • Andalusian Mediterranean Basin at 23.0%
  • Safe at 16.1%
  • Júcar at 40.9%
  • Ebro at 58.6%
  • Internal basins of Catalonia at 28.8%

Precipitation has been abundant on the Atlantic slope and very little on the Mediterranean slope. The maximum occurred in Pontevedra with 165.8 mm (165.8 l/m²).
