The water reserve In Spain it is at 47.9% of its total capacity. The reservoirs currently store 26,855 cubic hectometers (hm³) of water, decreasing in the last week by 397 cubic hectometers (0.7% of the current total capacity of the reservoirs).

The water reserve by areas is the following:

  • Eastern Cantabrian is at 82.2%
  • Western Cantabrian at 70.4%
  • Miño-Sil at 65.2%
  • Galicia Costa at 51.8%
  • Internal basins of the Basque Country at 90.5%
  • Duero at 62.7%
  • Cut at 57%
  • Guadiana at 39.6%
  • Red, Odiel and Piedras at 72.1%
  • Guadalete-Barbate at 21.1%
  • Guadalquivir at 30.7%
  • Andalusian Mediterranean Basin at 23.3%
  • Safe at 16.7%
  • Júcar at 41.3%
  • Ebro at 56.9%
  • Internal basins of Catalonia at 29.2%

The rainfall has considerably affected the entire peninsula. The maximum occurred in Albacete (A) with 81.8 mm (81.8 l/m²).
