The initiative, the development of which was commissioned by the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Energy to the public company Gestur Canarias and which is financed with Next Funds, has a global budget of 4 million euros and a team of 16 professionals, with energy policy training and aid that promotes decarbonization of the islands.
At the same time, following the commissioning of the Energy Offices, the Green Offices of the Canary Islands will gradually concentrate their work on priority issues for the Ministry, such as for example: the fight against climate change or the Canarian Strategy for the Circular Economy.
