Water reserve in Spain ‘Today’ is 36,867 cubic hectometers

The water reserve Spanish is 65.8% of its total capacity. The reservoirs current (4.9% of the current total capacity of reservoirs).

The water reserve by areas according to the MITECO is the following:

  • Western Cantabrian to 72.2%
  • Miño-Sil at 73.4%
  • Galicia Costa at 77%
  • Internal basins of the Basque Country to 95.2%
  • Duero at 75.9%
  • 75% Tagus
  • Guadiana at 56.4%
  • Red, Odiel and 94.8% stones
  • Guadalete-Barbate at 44.6%
  • Guadalquivir at 50.3%
  • Andalusian Mediterranean Basin at 44.6%
  • Safe at 24.5%
  • 57.1 % Júcar
  • Ebro at 83.4%
  • Internal Basins of Catalonia at 45.2%

Precipitation has been abundant throughout the peninsula. The maxim has occurred in Córdoba (a) with 139.2 mm (139,2 l/m²)
